As a prospective student you are probably rather overwhelmed with choices at the moment, BiMBA CDD help position you to compete and succeed in the workplace-both immediately after graduation and your career change in the future.

Career Development Programs
The program includes Executive/Alumni mentor program, resume reviews, networking workshops, industry insight sharing and mock interviews.

Employer Information Session
BiMBA hosts more than 50 employer information sessions and corporate executive speeches each year. These presentations allow students to learn more about the culture and opportunities of potential employers and specific industries and to have a closer communication with senior managers and recently hired.

Resume Book
All students have the opportunity to participate in BiMBA’s resume system. Accordingly, we produces and updates student resume book twice a year, which help recruiters conveniently search and identify students who meet their hiring needs.

Job Board
A free online job posting board is available to BiMBA alumnus and students. In recent two years, more than 600 internship/full-time job opportunities have been posted on BiMBA career intranet, which laid the foundation for attainment of students’ long-term career goals.

One-on-one career advising
BiMBA offers individual career advising to all MBA students. Advisors and coaches participate in to guide your assessment of your skills and interests, discover potential career direction, structure job search strategies, discuss how to handle specific employer interactions, and keep you motivated throughout the process.

Knowledge Resources
BiMBA maintains an extensive online career bookshelf that provides education and guidance on each stage of the job search process, serving as the knowledge source for students’ career development.
