CCER honored as one of the “30 Outstanding Collectives in the Thirty Years’ Reform and Opening-up”

 

China Center for Economic Research at Peking University was recently honored as one of the“30 Outstanding Collectives in the Thirty Years’ Reform and Opening-up”.CCER is the only educational institute to receive that title.

The selection was hosted by the China Society of Economic Reform (CSER) ,co-organized by over one hundred of media including the China Economic Reformmagazine, CCTV, Phoenix TV, Xinhua.com, People’s Daily, etc.

The selection of “30 Outstanding Collectives in the Thirty Years’ Reform and Opening-up” is part of the selection session of the forum in memorial of the 30thanniversary of China’s Reform and Opening-up. Outstanding individuals in fields of economy, social evolvement and rural development were also selected and honored. The selection took off on April 17 and enjoyed a high profile due to its authority, impartiality and extensiveness.

Prof. Yifu Lin and Prof. Qiren Zhou from CCER were both honored with the title “10 Outstanding Economists in the Thirty Years’ Reform and Opening-up”.
