Vlerick International Dean, BIMBA Program
Bruce Stening is the Vlerick International Dean of the BiMBA Program.
He has published six books and over fifty refereed academic papers. Most of his research has focussed on organizational behaviour and human resource management in the context of international business in East Asia. He holds a PhD in organizational behavior from the University of New South Wales in Australia.
Previously he was for almost fourteen years a professor at The Australian National University where he was, successively, Executive Director of the National Graduate School of Management and Associate Dean (Research) in the College of Business and Economics.
He is a member of several professional organizations, including the International Association for Cross-Cultural Psychology, the International Association of Applied Psychology, the Academy of Management, the International Association for Chinese Management Research, and the Academy of International Business. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management.
