Sophie Manigart

Sophie Manigart holds a Civil Engineering and an MBA and is Doctor in Management (Ghent University). She is a professor at Vlerick Leuven Gent Management School and at Ghent University. She is program director of the Master in Financial Management.  She did her doctoral sutdies at Wharton School of Business of the University of Pennsylvania (USA).  She is specialized in the area of enterpreneurial financing.  She is guest professor at London Business School for the course “Financing the enterpreneurial Business”.  She has published many books, including Entrepreneurial Companies: How to Raise Equity as a High-Growth Company.  She has published many articles in International Entrepreneurship and Management Journal, SCMS Jouranl of Indian Management, International Journal of Technology Management, Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice, and Journal of International Entrepreneurship, etc.
