Marc Buelens

Professor of Management, Vlerick Leuven Gent Management School

Dr. Marc Buelens is a Doctor in Industrial Psychology (Ghent University).  He has worked previously as a scientific staff member (Ghent University) and as an executive for the Artois Brewries.  In the past, he served as the General Manager and Managing Director of Vlerick Leuven Gent Management School.  He currently teaches General Management and Organization at both Vlerick Leuven Gent Management School and Ghent University. He has published numerous articles in Journal of Psychology, Journal of Business and Psychology, Journal of Organizational Change Management, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Journal of Economic Psychology. He has published many books, including Organizational Behavior: 3^rd edition, and Management Shock, etc.
