Filip Abraham
Professor of International Economics, Department of Economics, KU Leuven
Prof. Filip Abraham obtained a PhD in Economics from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, after completing his undergraduate and Masters’ studies at the KU Leuven. Currently he is full professor of International Economics and European Integration at the Department of Economics of KU Leurven, and professor of International Business at the University of Rochester, the executive MBA programs at Nyenrode (the Netherlands) and Bern (Switzerland).
His main research interests include international economics, European integration and competitiveness, labor market issues related to trade and integration. He has published numerous articles in Review of World Economics, Applied Economics, the World Economy, the Economist, etc.
