Dr. Wang holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence and Master of Laws of the University of Chicago Law School, a Master of Comparative Law from Brigham Young University Law School.

Dr. Wang is currently a partner at De Heng law offices, a top Chinese law firm. Dr. Wang’s practice areas include mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, private equity and venture capital, corporate financing, foreign direct investment and general corporate and securities law advice.

Dr. Wang used to work with Sidley Austin Brown & Wood, Chicago, IL from 1996 to 2002, and served two years on the Legislative Affairs Commission of the Standing Committee of the NPC from 1986 to 1988.

Dr. Wang is a member of American Bar Association and American Law and Economics Association.
