Prof. Poon has over 16 years of global investment banking experience. In addition to his managerial responsibilities, Prof. Poon has personally advised many leading private corporations, financial institutions and government bodies on capital raising, privatization, restructuring and merger and acquisition transactions covering a broad range of industries in many countries including China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, the U.K., Belgium, Switzerland, Sweden, Finland, and the USA.

Prof. Poon holds a Bachelor degree of Business Administration from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and an MBA from London Business School.
