Dr. Liang holds a Ph.D. in International Business from Indiana University as well as an MBA degree from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He was awarded Fulbright Scholarship at Stanford University in 1984. He got his B.A. in Chinese Language and Literature from East China Normal University.
Dr. Liang's research cuts across trade theories, import/export management and information search strategies. His research work on trade policy and import/export management has been published in England, the United States, Hungary, India, and China.
