Dr. Chiang received his Ph.D. from Sloan School of Management, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). He also holds an M.A. of Commerce and a B.S. of Chemistry from Taiwan University.

Dr. Chiang specializes in the teaching and research of Management of Technological Innovation, high- and new-tech entrepreneurship and investment, network economics and industry analysis, electronic commerce, crisis management, and Venture Capital Management.  He has got 16 English articles and over 20 Chinese articles and books published.
