Dr. Zhou got a Ph.D. and an M.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles, and his B.A. from the People’s University.
Dr. Zhou has solid teaching experiences in Economic Organization and Economic System, Development Economics, New Institutional Economics, the System Environment of China’s Business. He is well known for his profound and thorough researches in Property Rights, Regulation and Deregulation Reform, Firm Theory and China's Institutional Transformation, Monopoly, etc. He has received the highest evaluation from the students of Peking University for his course. His publications appear in a wide range of journals, like Public Journal, International Economic Review, Compare, and Management World. He is the author of a large number of books including Property Rights and Institutional Transformation – The Chinese Experiences, Economics in the Real World, Competition among. Coms, etc.
