Justin Yifu Lin

Dr. Lin holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Chicago and an M.A. in Political Economics from Peking University. He got his MBA degree from National Chengchi University in Taiwan. He has been on a post-doctorate project at Yale University.
Dr. Lin founded the China Center for Economic Research (CCER) at Peking University with some other scholars in 1994. CCER gathers the most Chinese economic scholars with solid education background from abroad and it is well established in the world.
Dr. Lin is a world-famous scholar who has published the most research works internationally among Chinese Economists. He is the only Chinese Economist who has been awarded the ISI “Citation Classic Award”. He also serves on the editorial boards of over 10 academic journals. He has been included in Who’s Who in the World and other various Who’s Whos. His major teaching and research areas are Economic Development in China, Economic Reform in China, Innovation and Change, Agricultural Economics, and Development Economics. He is vice Chairman of Committee for Economic Affairs of Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference
