As one of the main functional department of BiMBA, career development department are fully assist employers to recruiting talents. Here are some tips that might be helpful.
- Campus recruiting season is from September to December. Proposing in-company consultancy project is from March to April.
- To release the recruiting information to MBA students, recruiters could send company introduction, job description, working location, deadline and other related information to career development department. Recruiter could also download and fill in the Job Position Form and send back to career@bimba.edu.cn.
- For any necessary propaganda of company recruitment, career development department will assist to organize the campus presentation. Please be noticed that the reservation of facilities should be booked 3 weeks beforehand.
- For campus talk or interview, please send the schedule to career@bimba.edu.cn, in order to book facilities.
- To coordinate the recruitment of companies, career development department will compile the resume book twice a year. Each April, we will wrap up the resume book for summer internship recruiting. Each September, we will send the updated resume books for regular recruiting. In the book, we enclose full-time MBA candidates, as well as some excellent Master candidates and double majored bachelor candidates. Please fill in Request for Resume Book and send to career@bimba.edu.cn.
- When employer finds the suitable candidates and decides to issue the job offer, please copy to career development department as feedback, so that we will not continue recommending the students who accept offer to other companies.
